Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, students, and clients in a professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records

  • Coordinate with internal teams and departments

  • Assist with basic administrative and documentation tasks

  • Maintain office discipline and front office hygiene

  • Support HR and management with routine tasks when required

Requirements

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)

  • Pleasant personality with a customer-friendly approach

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
